About Uplift

Why Year One Is a Proof of Concept.

Uplift Tri-State Gulf Coast USA is intentionally limited in Year One. One tri-state region. One complete advancement ladder. No city titles, no regional level, no nationwide expansion. The goal is to prove the system works before scaling it.

Community First. Crown Second.
The Founding Idea

A scalable competition model. Built carefully.

Uplift Year One is designed as a for-profit proof-of-concept pageant system. The intent is to establish a scalable competition model, generate sponsorship opportunities, build long-term infrastructure, and lay the foundations for future Uplift initiatives.

Rather than launching nationwide and hoping the system holds, Year One commits to running one full Tri-State season — Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi — and proving every piece end to end before expansion.

And there’s a building behind every crown. Gala Glitterati Group is working to establish a separate 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to converting former schools, nursing homes, and hotels into safe housing for survivors of trauma. Pageant proceeds beyond operating costs and prizes will seed that foundation. Read our full mission →

Each round serves a different purpose.

County should feel earned and not simply repeat Directional. Each level has its own job in the contestant's journey.

The Founding Class of 2026

Permanent historical designation.

Every Year One winner — every directional, every county, every state, every open title, every Closet Champion, and the inaugural Gulf Coast Uplift Queen — carries the Founding Class of 2026 designation. It is permanent, historical, and cannot be earned again.
