Directional → County
Top 5 Overall advance from each directional round. Every Open Title winner automatically advances regardless of placement.

Four advancement levels. Two parallel tracks. Defined submission packages at every round. Here's how the Year One Tri-State system runs end to end.
Every county is divided into four directional titles: Miss North, Miss South, Miss East, and Miss West [County] Uplift. Contestants compete inside the directional that matches their residential ZIP code.
Example: Changemaker — Miss West Bay County Uplift.

County should feel earned, not a repeat of Directional. The required package is refreshed — and a new component, My Uplift Story, is added.
A 2–3 minute video covering: who you are, the challenges that shaped you, how you uplift others, and how you hope to impact your community.
Each state hosts its own live championship event. This is where introduction and story translate into stage performance.

Minimum one appearance annually. Titleholders represent the mission: Community First. Crown Second.
Appearances may include parades, festivals, sponsor events, school events, community events, and future Uplift events. Two to four appearances are suggested when opportunities exist.
